At Minimalist, we stand by the purity and efficacy of our formulations. If your skin isn't satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all products in their original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log into your Minimalist account and select the order containing the items you wish to return to begin the digital request process.

  Pack with Care

  Securely place the product in its original packaging, ensuring the glass bottles or containers are protected to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our laboratory team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
